Doctor Tampa sticks a bio-feedback probe inside of Patient 135, so they can determine her kegel muscles strength before moving on to take measurements of all patient 135’s most private parts! Once they finish her measurements, they have 135 assume the hands and knees position before taking her vaginal and rectal temp simultaneously and then giving her a rectovaginal exam. 

Doctor Tampa finishes 135's examination with measurements of her labia’s, clitoris, clitoral hood, and vagina.
