Doctor Tampa announces it's time to conduct the pelvic exam and asks Nurse Amo Morbia to get a medium Graves speculum. The doctor has the nurse bring the exam lamp over to have a good look inside Alexis. Doctor Tampa doesn't feel that the metal speculum gives him a good look inside and has the nurse fetch a plastic speculum instead. 

Doctor Tampa explains why he will use the lighted speculum and explains to Alexis how it works. Doctor Tampa takes a swab and gives Alexis a pap smear. The doctor compliments Alexis on her beautiful cervix and vagina. Alexis remarks she has never seen it, so the doctor has the nurse grab the mirror and sit Alexis up on the exam table.

Doctor Tampa reinserts the speculum inside of Alexis while the nurse hands her the mirror. Doctor Tampa gives Alexis an internal anatomy lesson, and Alexis asks a few questions about what she is looking at inside her body. The doctor then performs an external examination, pulling back all the folds and layers of Alexis's vagina. 

After he is satisfied with her external pelvic examination, the doctor manually palpates her internal organs. While doing this, Alexis starts to moan, so Doctor Tampa continues to manipulate her internal organs G-spot until Alexis Grace orgasms.

After removing the thermometer, the doctor has Alexis say "AGHHHH" before telling her she is done and can dress. Doctor Tampa leaves, and the nurse asks if Alexis liked her treatment and if she would like it to be a stronger prescription next time. Of course, Alexis Grace wants a stronger prescription!
